Individual therapy offered both in person and via telehealth. Your first intake session will be around 50 minuets and follow up appointments are 45-50 minuets.

Group Therapy

Applied gaming groups meet weekly for 8-12 weeks. Groups are limited to six participants. More information can be found at Health Quest.

You want to ensure that your therapist is a good fit for you. I offer free 15-minute meet and greet appointments to help potential clients better determine if I will be a good fit for there therapeutic needs. Meet and Greets can be scheduled via Health Quest, or by calling 704-702-2400
